Service Agreements are a good way to budget, and insure your problems will be repaired and dealt with in a timely manner. A Service Agreement provides a fixed yearly price for coverage on your hardware and peace of mind that someone must respond to your problem. The 2 plans we offer are Basic and Gold, check them out and see which best suites your business.

Basic Plan

Our Basic Service Agreement Plan basically cover the repair or replacement of most parts or assembles including Labour necessary to keep your equipment in good working order. This plan is suited to those businesses who have personnel on hand and capable of supporting the software side of things. Call our service department and ask for details, system prices starting as low as $19.00 per month.

Gold Plan

Our Gold Service Agreement Plan covers the repair or replacement of all parts and Labour necessary to keep the equipment in good working order. And when feasible a loaner unit will be provided free of charge. Labour for operating systems reloads and backup restorations are also included in the Gold Plan. This Gold Plan is more suited for those businesses that have limited computer resources and require the extra benefits. Call our service department and ask for details, system prices starting as low as $27.00 per month and printers as low as $7.00 per month.
